BAT YOUR LASHES

I remember growing an looking at the stars on tv an wondering how do they get their eyelashes to look so beautiful?...I never would have guessed after all this time they were fake!. My sister Mari introduced me to fake eyelashes about a year or so back an I fell in love with them, my first pair we bought together at a cosmetic company store an thwy were MAC eyelashes, they were beautiful they almost looked like angel wings. I couldn't wait to put them on, I realized that you can't just magically put the eyelashes on you also have to buy a adhesive glue in order to put them on. So after I got all the ingredients I taught myself to put them on an it was pretty simple you take the glue you squirt a little across the eyelash line, wait 30 seconds, then apply to lash line an WAH LAH! I looked like a star, ok technically not a star but I sure felt like one. Okay so after a while I learned a great deal on eyelashes, they come in all sorts of colors, an shapes an sizes, an an that there was two type of fake eyelashes. The two type are called "individual eyelashes, an the other is called full false eyelashes". I was really interested In the individual lashes because that's the norm that celebritys have an they look soo natural. The full false lashes give your eyes more density but unfortunately they don't look as natural as individual lashes do. The catch with individual lashes are they are more time consuming an difficult to put on an have a total different glue to use to put them on, with full false lashes its very easy an simple an alot quicker process...ok so I guess your probably wondering where is this going Denicia well bare with me cause I'm getting there. So now that I have compared the two type of eyelashes an informed you about them which one would you choose to wear?...some of you may go with the full false lashes cause well its easier an alot quicker to apply an well if your anything like me then well patience isn't my most favorite word. When God brings trials, an circumstances in our lives that we may or may not like or even understand we can't just apply the full false lashes on an rush the process cause well it doesn't look as natural an the results won't be as flawless as you would like , but rather we should apply the individual lashes cause you see God knows what he's doing an with patience everything will be glamorous an more natural an it'll have been worth the effort. Okay so I have a 4 year old son whom I love dearly, but like any other 4 year old child we all know that they love to get into things, an tear things up an get into messes that us parents have to end cleaning up, well there was this one paticular day I was getting dressed an I didn't hear my son he was real silent, usually that silence means trouble espically for any 4 year old, well so I hear my dad say "uh o" an so I run in the room an well my son cut his hair,an the first thing he says is "mama don't be mad" well my first reaction was to WHOOP HIS BUTT!! I was furious with him I couldn't even look at him, but before I could get all crazy, God said that's you Denicia there's times when your silent an I don't hear from you an I know its trouble I know you've gotten yourself far from me or into somthing that you shouldn't be in an I have to always end up cleaning up your mess but do I get angry with you, do I want to whoop your behind every time you slip up an make a mistake ..instead I reach my arms out an tell you its alright we will get thru this together an I take your hand, so before you think about lashing out on your son think about how many times I've gotten you out of situations that seemed hopeless an instead of me getting angry with you with love I reached out an took your hand; I stood there saying but God he cut his hair! If God was to go by but she did or he did there would be no forgiveness, so I turned my boiling point down an took my sons hand an said " its okay baby we will get through this together" an he said mama you not mad an I said no baby its okay your hair will grow back but you just can't do that again cause you could hurt yourself, an he looked at me an hugged me an smiled an said" I love you mama"...that's the same love God gives us he let's us know we can't do those things cause were going to just keep hurting ourselves...so I guess that leaves me with ..w hat things make you easily angry, think about those things an then think about the CROSS.

Today I was doing the dishes and I had a few pans that were really hard to clean, they were filthy, with grease, tough spots to scrub, some I had to let sit in the water to kind of soak out. While I was doing the dishes I started thinking how dishes are similar to us, we are those dirty dishes an God is our cleaner God is washing, an scrubbing us to get us as clean as he wants us to be so we can be used again and again, some dishes are harder to clean then others some need to be left to soak an that's the time when we are trying to do things on our own an feel like we don't need God so were just sitting there trying to soak an let the stains disappear on its own. We can't do it that way we have to be scrubbed a cleaned so that we can be pure a used again. Something as simple as doing dishes today made me really take a second look at any stains in my life or any scrubbing that needs done. Do you have any dirty dishes?
